Fuji Japan 1999

This is a picture of when I was in Japan. This is the Buddah's temple....right across the road from the Porsche Museum.













As you can see it was a good distance from Mt. Fuji. About 15 miles from it I think. This I guess because it took most of a day for me and my buddy Skinner to walk from camp Fuji, at the base of the mountain, to the temple.














Here is good old Skinner, having a refreshing swig of Jap wisky after our hike back. He studied my rules for wisky PT.













This is me at the very peak of Mt. Fuji. Exciting. The run down was better, you couldnt stop on the way down, and every step would bring you calf deep in ash. then there would be sleet rain that would come at such a hard angle, only half your body would be wet.













This is the Baboon in a cage that somehow punched me right in the nose. I guess I shouldn't have been poking his big red ass with a stick.
