Wisky PT

Drinking is like a sport. If you do it occasionally, that day you want to go all out you will get injured. Take running for instance. If you run a couple of miles a couple of times a week and then decide out of the blue to do a marathon, you will croak.
The key to proper drinking is form. "beer before liquor never been sicker, liquor before beer your in the clear," holds true. Always start with the proper "hard" drinks first, moving to the beer later in the game to "sober up."
Proper training is essential to drinking at your top level. When Im at the peak in my alcohol training I can usually have around 18 or 19 hard drinks before I switch to beer, and then when 0200 hours rolls around im good to go and can even walk a somewhat straight line. You have to work up to this level of consumption though. Here is my training plan:
Week 1
Monday night- 3 mixed drinks and 2 beers
Tuesday night- rest
Wednesday night-3-4 mixed drinks and 2-3 beers
Thursday night- rest
Friday night- 8 mixed drinks or shots and 5 beers
Saturday- same as friday
Sunday- rest.
Note that just as in lifting weights or running, rest days are needed for proper recovery.
Week 2
Monday and tuesday- 6-7 mixed drinks or shots 3-4 beers
Wednesday and thursday-rest
Friday and saturday- 10-12 mixed drinks or shots and 5-6 beers
Sunday-rest
Week 3
Take week off for recovery time. Risk of injury is high
Fri. Sat. evening 13 hard drinks 4-5 beers
Week 4
Monday late afternoon-evening- 13-14 hard drinks 6-8 beers
Tuesday- rest
Wednesday-14 hard drinks 4-5 beers.
Thursday-rest
Friday-14-16 hard drinks 7-8 beers.
Saturday- This is your max out day. you should have one of these a month. drink until you make best friends with a complete stranger, kiss an old lady, or beat the shit out of some one because they were in a diffrent branch of the military than you were, like it even matters any more.
Sunday- Wound recovery
This is my month long training plan. This pushes the limits to make you a highly competent drinker in the least ammount of time possible. remember to consult a doctor before starting any exercise regimen.
I had an NCO in the Marine Corps who said it best," Brain cells are like antelope, and alcohol is like the lion. It is natures way of weeding out the slowest and least fit cells so your mind can remain sharp." He's currently in jail.
